Novel algorithms, mathematical modelling and architecture for problems with no off-the-shelf answer.

Hardware development

Custom electronics from schematic to assembled board: multi-PCB systems, FPGA designs.

Software, from MCU & AI to Frontend

RT microcontroller firmware, CUDA, machine learning and computer vision, system programming, resilience, CI/CD and final delivery - frontend & UX.

Systems integration

The hard part: making every layer one synchronised, hard-real-time product that survives contact with the real world.

FILIQA

Filament Imaging Quality Assessment
A hard-real-time inspection system that continuously verifies the quality of densely coiled tungsten filament (∅ ~20 µm) at production speed (~5-8 cm/s).

PaDeS

Particle Detection System
A mesofluidic system measuring the size distribution and concentration of fine particles (2 µm - 1 mm) in liquid flow.
